Between October 18 and 23, 244 listings dropped out of Thomann's catalog. That usually means a product sold out or was discontinued; some return when new stock arrives. Only 18 of the 244 had recent article numbers, so this was mostly older gear going, not new gear failing.

By department: 160 guitars and basses, 23 keys, 19 microphones, 10 PA products and 9 studio products.

Guitars and basses: Jackson, Gretsch, Fender

  • Jackson, 20 listings. Three American Series SRS models at €2,249 to €2,342, plus a run of Pro Plus Rhoads, Kelly and Soloist guitars at €1,369 to €1,555.
  • Gretsch, 18. Electromatic and Streamliner models between €487 and €999, including the 12-string G5422G-12 and two left-handed guitars.
  • Fender, 17. The most expensive was a Custom Shop '50 Strat in Roasted Heavy Relic at €10,999. Also gone: two 75th Anniversary American Professional Cabronitas (€1,949), the Flea signature bass (€1,599) and the '65 Twin Reverb amp (€2,199).
  • Epiphone, 12, among them a left-handed USA Casino at €2,999 and the Matt Heafy Les Paul Custom 7-string.
  • Squier, 11: Classic Vibe 50s Telecasters, a Classic Vibe 70s Stratocaster and several Sonic starter sets.
  • PRS, 9, mostly core models; more in PRS Tekton arrives at Thomann.
  • Harley Benton lost 11 listings and Marcus Miller 5 basses.

23 keys listings went. Arturia lost 10, half of them bundles with stands, cases or bags. The KeyLab Essential 49 mk3 and the MicroBrute UFO were missing from the feed on October 22, a night after their price cut (see Arturia cut 46 prices). Three Blüthner and Haessler uprights and a Yamaha b1 silent piano left as well.

Questions

A product I wanted is gone. Will it come back?
Often, yes. 84 of this week's 244 listings had been missing for only a night or two on October 23, which is how restocks usually look. If it doesn't return within a few weeks, the model was probably discontinued.

Where do I find an alternative?
Our rankings only show what is in stock, so the ST-style or semi-acoustic chart is the quickest way to the closest replacement.

How we measured. Thomann's partner feed, read every night. A listing "left" when it stopped appearing in the feed between October 18 and 23, 2026. Prices are the last euro prices we recorded.
