Frequently Asked Questions

The HS8s are generally considered more neutral, while the Rokits have a more forward, bass-heavy character. Rokits are good for getting sounds 'loud' quickly, HS8s for more precise critical listening.
The included stands are functional for basic setup, but the build quality is fairly basic. Upgrading to sturdier stands will improve stability and reduce unwanted vibrations.
The presets can be surprisingly helpful as a jumping-off point, especially for genres like EDM where a more sculpted sound is common, but don't expect them to be perfect right out of the box – tweak them!
