Frequently Asked Questions

While Gliga and Senn offer excellent value, this Dotti instrument benefits from higher-grade materials and a more nuanced, complex sound profile achieved through Dotti’s dedicated handwork and Russ's varnish recipe.
Absolutely; the unique grain pattern of spalted wood contributes to a distinctive character – a more complex overtone series and a slightly darker, more mature timbre than standard spruce.
Regular cleaning with appropriate cloths and avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity are crucial to protect the varnish's integrity and maintain its beauty over time.
