Frequently Asked Questions

The CT4-DX offers a much more natural and transparent amplified tone with improved feedback rejection compared to older Takamine preamps; it’s a significant upgrade.
The mahogany neck has a comfortable 'C' shape; while 45mm is standard, some with very large hands might prefer a slightly wider profile, but most will find it quite playable.
The high-gloss finish is quite durable but susceptible to fingerprints and smudges; regular wiping with a microfiber cloth and occasional waxing will keep it looking its best.
