The P-498T CC is a solid, workhorse pickup that's a great upgrade for Les Pauls needing a hotter, more aggressive bridge tone. It’s a versatile choice for rock, blues, and even some heavier styles, offering a good balance of vintage warmth and modern output, especially when coil-split. If you want that classic Gibson growl without going full-on high-end, this is a very worthwhile option.
