Frequently Asked Questions

It's a clever design, capturing a lot of humbucker character but with a slightly more defined acoustic resonance; it won't fool anyone into thinking it’s a full-blown vintage bucker, but it’s surprisingly usable.
The Modern 'Deep C' profile is generally considered comfortable, but it's a bit on the thicker side; players with very large hands might find it slightly less accommodating than a thinner profile.
The under-saddle piezo is decent, especially when blended with the Shawbucker, but it’s not a premium-level acoustic system; expect a bit of the characteristic piezo 'quack' if used solo at high volumes.
