We record the price of every product in Thomann's catalog every night. This week, between October 18 and 23, 385 prices went down and 176 went up.
A drop makes this list only if it is a real one: the old price had held for at least two weeks, and the new price is the lowest we have recorded since August 17. A price that rose last month and came back down is a return, not a deal. 332 of this week's drops pass both rules.

D'Angelico: six Excel models at once
On October 23, six D'Angelico Excel models got cheaper at once. Three electrics that sat at about €1,699 since August now cost €899: the single-cut semi-hollow Excel SS, the hollow-body Excel 59 and the double-cut Excel DC. The jazz box Excel EXL1 went from €1,699 to €1,349, and two Excel acoustics with pickups dropped below €330: the Bowery dreadnought from €449 to €299 and the Gramercy from €449 to €329.
The same day, more Excel finishes appeared in Thomann's catalog at the lower prices, among them an Excel SS in Amaretto Burst at $895 (€799). It looks like a repricing of the line, not a short sale.

How we measured. Euro prices from Thomann's partner feed, recorded every night. This week compares the price on October 18 with the price on October 23, 2026, for products in stock on October 23. A drop makes the list when the old price held for at least 14 days and the new price is the lowest we have recorded since August 17. Dollar prices use the European Central Bank rate.
