Plektron

Plektron is a small independent VST developer producing niche guitar and plucked-string virtual instruments, aiming to capture the nuance of physical string articulation in a software environment. The brand leans into physically-modelled and sample-based hybrid approaches to recreate the transient behaviour of plucked instruments convincingly. With a modest catalogue, Plektron operates as a boutique one-person or small-team studio rather than a large software house. Their instruments are aimed at composers needing realistic stringed texture without recording live players.
