Phonk Kong

Phonk Kong is a sample label dedicated to the phonk genre, a style blending Memphis rap aesthetics with lo-fi hip-hop and dark, aggressive energy. Their packs deliver authentic phonk elements including cowbell-heavy drum patterns, dark chord samples, vocal chops from vintage Memphis rap, and distorted basslines characteristic of the genre. As phonk has exploded in popularity on streaming platforms, Phonk Kong has positioned itself as a specialist provider for this aesthetic. The label serves producers who want genuine phonk character without resorting to overused generic content.
