Cognition Strings

Cognition Strings is a specialized virtual instrument developer focused exclusively on string instrument libraries and sample tools for composers and producers. The brand applies thoughtful sound design and deep sampling techniques to create expressive, realistic string libraries that serve both cinematic composers and solo instrument performers. Cognition Strings positions itself in the mid-tier of orchestral string virtual instruments, between budget alternatives and the most expensive Hollywood productions. Their libraries typically feature multiple bowing articulations, dynamic layers, and round-robin variations to increase realism. The brand appeals to composers who need quality string instruments without the full orchestral suite investment.
