How to Choose the Best Broadband Acoustic Absorbers
Frequency Response
A truly broadband absorber should hit low enough to minimize muddy low-mids (around 200-500Hz, where a lot of vocal fundamentals live) without sucking the life out of the performance. You want a gradual roll-off, not a sharp drop-off.
Density & Construction
