Frequently Asked Questions

Bubinga offers a darker, more resonant tone with more low-end fundamental than Maple, and more projection and complexity than Birch. It’s a unique blend of warmth and power.
The included Remo heads are decent starter heads, but upgrading to higher-end options will further refine the tone. It’s a matter of personal preference, but many pros would swap them out for their preferred sound.
While it’s a fantastic sounding kit, the weight does make it less ideal for frequent gigging. It’s really better suited for more stationary setups like studios or venues where ease of transport isn't a major concern.
