Seymour Duncan SL59-1B BLK, PickupA PAF 59 - humbucker in single coil format. For many, the PAF (and all good copies) is still the pickup number 1. Balanced frequency spectrum, enough output for sustained sounds - but not a "screamer".
The Little 59 is the perfect solution for anyone who has inhibitions about taking apart their strat to install a big humbucker: Classic humbucker sound (a Strat will of course never be a single cut, but it doesn't to be; see Eddie Van Halen), but still the perfect design (and this includes the arrangement of the pickups) from the good old Leo Fender.
