• ‘90s and on. These vintage sounds are from the ‘70s
• ‘80s & ‘90s recording sessions that were done in Atlanta
• Georgia at Axis Sounds in the late ‘70s and Toronto
• Canada. We took several old reels of 2” tape and had them baked at 130 degrees to help restore enough in a single pass and transferred over to ProTools. From there we cut up and selected some seriously tasty loops that have never been heard nor used before. JazzHiphop is a collaboration spanning over 40 years and two generations of artists and family utilizing the history of Bill King’s music and 2” tape archives and the production skills of Dubmatix to bring you something very unique and highly usable for years to come.
