Frequently Asked Questions

Maple provides a warmer, more rounded tone than birch, which tends to be brighter and more cutting. The maple delivers a more vintage, classic drum sound.
The included Remo heads are a good starting point, but upgrading to a higher-tier snare head is recommended for optimal performance. The kick drum head is usable, but a custom front head can really tailor the low end.
Matte finishes are inherently more delicate than gloss finishes. Handle with care, avoid abrasive cleaners, and be mindful of stick impacts to prevent scratches and chips.
