Frequently Asked Questions

The neck connection is surprisingly robust; Journey's patented system uses a secure locking mechanism. I’ve used it extensively on tour and haven’t experienced any issues with accidental detachment, but careful handling is still advised.
It's more focused than a dreadnought, but the acacia provides a surprising amount of warmth and bass. It won’t have the same booming projection, but it's remarkably full for its size.
The carbon fiber adds stability without making the neck feel overly rigid; it retains a comfortable, playable feel while preventing warping or twisting, especially in fluctuating humidity.
