This means cute sounds and melodies, emphasized by synthetic vocal synths, imaginable sung by virtual Anime characters. The kits deliver all sounds as MIDI files, too. So if you should decide to change the sounds you could do so for drums and synthesizers. It’s not mandatory though as this pack is royalty-free as all others from DDL.
